Quick post today...but here's a deliciously yummy cake I made for an order last week! It was a 3 layer carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. It is my favorite carrot cake recipe that I want to share with you, but I will not. Haha! I actually will, but not today because I don't have any pictures of the innards of this one. I don't think they would have appreciated getting the cake with a slice missing...I mean some people just don't get it ;) She wanted something simple with purple and pink flowers and a Happy Birthday message on top...I mean, what's a birthday cake without a shout out from your cake?!? Here you go...
