Pillsbury Funfetti Brownie Cake & a Giveaway!

So I was contacted a few weeks ago by the kind folks over at Pillsbury.

They wanted to send me some stuff...

AND they want to send one of YOU some stuff!

Here are some of the things I got:

 They asked if I would come up with something "Springy" featuring their Pillsbury Easy Frost No-Fuss Frosting...no problem Pillsbury peeps.  No-Fuss is how I do.

Also in the box of yum was a super cool Flip Camera that I needed to use to video my creation.

 Love the Flip Cam...so easy almost I can use it ;)

Here's the kicker, though...one of YOU gets a camera too!

Now, here's the big-time, majorly dorky, super geek video that I made.

Watch and don't judge...well, you can judge a little, I probably would...

because who knew I said "chocolate" and "frosting" like I am the lost Jersey Shore cast member, seriously.

Here are the details of the cake I just made in case you're super lame and didn't watch my Emmy Award winning clip:

Bake 1 box Funfetti cake mix in 2, 9" round pans according to the package directions

Bake 1 "Family Size" Fudge Brownie mix in 9" round cake pan.

Use one Funfetti layer as your base and top it with Vanilla Dream Pillsbury NO -Fuss Frosting as your first filling.

Top that with your baked brownie.  Cover the top of your brownie layer with Chocolate No-Fuss Frosting.

Top this with your final layer of Funfetti cake.

Cover your cake with Vanilla frosting and decorate with The Pillsbury No-Fuss Frosting...

cut and enjoy!
